<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>Roti (Indian bread)  &#8211; 4 nos (Recipe for roti is out <a title="roti recipe" href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jD4o_Lmy6bU" target="_blank">here</a>)</p>
<p>Sugar &#8211; 1 cup (Depends on how sweet you want..</p>
<p>Butter &#8211; 2 tsp</p>
<p>Method:-</p>
<p>-Crush the rotis in to small pieces (Its not necessary the roti needs to be soft for making kutti..Even its better if it is little hard..</p>
<p>- In a blender, add the small roti pieces and sugar and let it run for 30seconds.. (We dont want fine powder..It shd be with little  crumbles..</p>
<p>- Add..butter in the mixer..and make small ladoos (balls) out of it..</p>
<p>Thats it.As I mentioned  earlier&#8230;Its quite simple&#8230;.</p>

<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>Silver Pomfret : 2<br />
Chilly Powder  : 1 teaspoon<br />
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon<br />
Coriander Powder: 1/2 teaspoon<br />
Cumin and pepper(crushed): 1/2 teaspoon<br />
Lime Juice: 1 teaspoon<br />
Ginger Paste: 1/2 teaspoon<br />
Garlic Paste: 1/2 teaspoon<br />
Olive Oil:5-6 teaspoon and salt to taste<br />
Method:</p>
<p>Slit the Pomfret diagonally on both the sides</p>

<p>Mix Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder,Cumin and pepper,Lime Juice, Ginger Paste,Garlic Paste,salt and 1 teaspoon olive oil</p>
<p>Apply the mixture on the fishCover the fish and refrigerate it for 4-8 hours.<br />
Then shallow fry it in a tawa with the remaining oil.</p>
<p>Notes:<br />
You can also deep fry  or grill the fish<br />
Also can add a teaspoon of onion paste<br />
Olive Oil can be replaced with any type of cooking oil</p>

<p>Here goes the recipie&#8230;</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>Wheat flour : 1/2 cup</p>
<p>Sugar : 1/2 cup</p>
<p>Ghee : 2-3 tsp</p>
<p>Cardamon powder: 2 tsp</p>
<p>Dry fruits and nuts: as needed</p>
<p>Water: 1 1/2 cups</p>
<p>Method:</p>
<ul>
<li>Heat Ghee in a kadai</li>
<li>Roast the wheat flour till the colour turns to pink</li>
<li>add elaichi powder</li>
<li>add water in the roasted flour. mix it well.. make sure no pulps form..if any break it asap</li>
<li>add sugar..</li>
<li>Stir it well till it thickens..</li>
<li>Add the dry fruits and nuts..</li>
</ul>

<p>Method:</p>
<ul>
<li>In a frying pan, add oil and once after the oil is heated, add the pepper corns, curry leaves, chilli flakes and ginger garlic paste and saute it for few seconds</li>
<li>Add onions and fry till the onions turn brown</li>
<li>Add tomatoes, chilli powder, Turmeric Powder and Coriander Powder and fry for few minutes till the oil leaves the masala</li>
<li>Add chicken pieces and saute it for 2 minutes</li>
<li>Add 2 cups of water and let the chicken cook</li>
<li>Once after the water is drained add pepper powder and keep stirring for few minutes.</li>

<p>For SaiBhaji:</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>

<p>Brinjal (Eggplant): 1(Stem Removed and Diced)</p>

<p>Carrot: 2(Chopped)</p>
<p>Bottle Gourd: ½ (Diced)</p>
<p>(U can add any vegetables of ur choice)</p>
<p>Onion: 1(Diced)</p>
<p>Tomato: 1(Diced)</p>
<p>Green Chillies: 1 or 2 (chopped)</p>
<p>Coriander Powder: 1tsp</p>
<p>Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp</p>
<p>Cumin Seeds: 1tsp</p>
<p>Mustard Seeds: 1tsp</p>
<p>Curry Leaves: 4-5 leaves</p>
<p>Asafetida: a pinch</p>
<p>Garlic: 3-4 cloves</p>
<p>Oil: 1tsp Salt to taste</p>
<p>Method:</p>
<ul>
<li>Wash and Soak Channa Dal for 5-10 minutes</li>
<li>In a pressure cooker, add Soaked Channa Dal, Spinach, onion, tomato, green chillies  and the rest of vegetables</li>
<li>Add Water 4-5 cups of water</li>
<li>Add Coriander and Turmeric Powder in the cooker and pressure cook it till 4-5 whistles</li>
<li>After removed from the stove, add salt and mash the bhaji well</li>
<li>For Tadka: Add oil in a pan, Splutter Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, Curry Leaves, asafetida and Garlic and add that in the bhaji</li>
</ul>
<p>For Pulao:</p>
<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp</p>
<p>Basmati Rice: 2 cups</p>
<p>Green Peas: 250 gms</p>
<p>Ghee/Oil: 1tsp</p>
<p>Salt to taste</p>
<p>Method:</p>
<ul>
<li>Wash and Soak Basmati Rice for 5 -10 minutes</li>
<li> In a pressure cooker, add Ghee/Oil and splutter Cumin seeds and add green peas</li>
<li> Add the soaked rice and saute in the cooker for 2-3 minutes</li>
<li> Add 4 cups of water and salt and pressure cook it till 3-4 whistles</li>
</ul>
<p>Mix the Pulao with the Sai Bhaji..Its nutritious and yummy aswell..</p>

<li>In a frying pan, add 3-4 tsp of oil and shallow fry the mushroom</li>
<li>Keep that aside</li>
<li>In a frying pan, add 2 tsp of oil and add onion, garlic and green chillies and saute it till the color of onion changes</li>
<li>Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masalaand fry well.. till the oil leaves the tomato &#8211; onion mixture</li>
<li>then add the shallow fried mushroom and saute for 3-4 mins.</li>

<p>Ingredients:</p>
<p>Soya Chunk : 8 &#8211; 10 pieces</p>
<p>Onions(Chopped): 1/2 cup</p>
<p>Red Chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp</p>
<p>Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp</p>
<p>Turmeric Powder: 1/2tsp</p>
<p>mustard seeds: a pinch</p>
<p>salt: as needed</p>
<p>curry leaves: as needed</p>
<p>oil :2tsp</p>
<p>Method:</p>
<ul>
<li>Soak soya chunk in hot water for 2 -3 mins, till the chunks become little bigger</li>
<li>Squeeze the water from the chunks and mash it up with hands to smaller chunks</li>
<li>in a pan, add  oil and saute mustard seeds and curry leaves</li>
<li>add onion in the pan and saute it for a minute.</li>
<li>add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garam masala and salt</li>
<li>add the smaller chunks and saute it..till the color of soya turns to darker brown</li>
</ul>
<p>can add coriander for garnishing&#8230;.</p>
